Long Snappers from TX, LA, NE, OK, NM, MS & CA all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was a great time had by all with an excellent group of Long Snappers and parents.

The overall champion of the camp was BRANDON OLDHAM (2019, TX). Brandon is a very smooth Long Snapper that is extremely accurate and consistent. Great frame and he is built thick. Loves when he really locks down his release point as that is when he doesn’t miss.

The speed champion of the camp was Eli Chism. He hit several snaps under .75 and had some very quick hands. Really impressed with his frame and how he handled the pressure when it came down to the final snaps. Great upside and an even better attitude.

The finals round matchups were Bryce Felt (51.39), Eli Chism (38.67), Brandon Oldham (38.36), John Farris (30.26), Brayden Chandler (25.93) and Blake Hooker 21.52.  You can see the full finals video below….

Zac Bland is strong and was snapping with some very quick hands. Really impressed with what I saw out of Bland and look forward to seeing him this fall and beyond.

Recap of the All-American Bowl Long Snappers

After two great days of competing at the FBU TOP GUN camp in Rock Hill, SC, two Long Snappers stepped up and earned their tickets to the All-American Bowl on January 5th, 2019 in San Antonio, TX! This bowl game is the largest High School Bowl game with over 40,000 in attendance and over 5 million watching live on NBC!

Rubio, Mad Dog, Erik Richards

At the conclusion of the first day, Erik Richards (National Scouting Director for the All-American Games) came over to see the talent and wanted one Long Snapper to snap in front of him and the crowd. Quentin “Mad Dog” Skinner was chosen for the ultimate pressure snaps. Mad Dog is committed to LSU on full scholarship and proved he is worth it with three powerful snaps and even a show of athleticism as Richards wanted to see him snap and take off (even timed it). Right after the third snap, Richards announced the Mad Dog would be the first All-American Bowl Long Snapper!

On the second day, the competition was fierce but two Long Snappers came out on top to battle for a bowl spot. The finals round matchup was between Joe Shimko (NJ, ’19) and JC Vega (GA, ’19). Shimko is committed to NC State on full scholarship and Vega has an offer to Pikesville. Both Long Snappers were deserving but Shimko was just unstoppable when the pressure was on.

Very proud of all of the Long Snappers and can’t wait to see Shimko and Skinner represent themselves, their schools, their communities, their states and Rubio Long Snapping in San Antonio, TX!

Here is the matchup between Shimko and Vega….

Jack Landherr

The finals round matchups were Simon Samarzich (CA, ’19) vs. Peter Bowden (CA, ’19) and Drew Little (NC, ’19) vs. Jack Landherr (CA, ’19). This group of Rubio Long Snappers was overflowing with talent as Samarzich is committed to Washington State on full scholarship, Drew Little is committed to North Carolina on full scholarship, Landherr has offers from Army, Navy and Air Force while Bowden has offers from Wisconsin, Northwestern, Penn & San Diego. Obviously, all of these Long Snappers deserved the spot but we had to have two winners and the two that stepped up in the end were Simon Samarzich and Jack Landherr. Very proud of all of the Long Snappers and can’t wait to see them represent themselves, their schools, their communities, their states and Rubio Long Snapping in Hawaii!

Caden Bolz came out from KS and left no doubt he is one of the most accurate and consistent Long Snappers in the country. Strong based, good balance and has the ability to rip the ball back to the punter. Should be fun with him at the TOP 12 camp.

Brad George has good form and snaps a crisp, powerful ball back to the punter. Very consistent Long Snapper. Each snap looks the same over and over. Locking down his spiral is going to be huge for him.

Aidan Hall was moving well on his feet and was outstanding when he led with his elbows and snapped with full power.

Joey Wilson is very athletic and can get the ball out of the gate quickly. Great potential.

Jack Schmitz is extremely athletic, has a great frame and is dripping with potential

Recap of the CA Summer Camp (6/28/18)

Samarzich, Rubio and Hawkins

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to CA on June 28th, 2018 for their summer camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, GA, IL, SC (Top Gun Camp), CA (College, TOP 12, Underclassmen Invitational) and TX!

Long Snappers from three states all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was a great time had by all with an excellent group of Long Snappers and parents.

The champions of the camp were Kameron Hawkins (speed) and Simon Samarzich (overall)! Samarzich has recently committed to Washington State on full scholarship and he proved in CA that the Cougs got a great one. He is one of the most consistent Long Snappers ever to go through Rubio Long Snapping. Ball hovers in the low .7s at all times, he can move well on his feet and he has, easily, one of the greatest attitudes of all Rubio Long Snappers in the country. Samarzich is the real deal and just never stops improving.

The finals round matchups were Simon Samarzich (57.14), Cruz Rubio (41.56), Bryce Felt (41.03), Andrew Gonneville (38.82), Jack Landherr (34.21) and Aaron Estrada (33.33). You can see the full finals video below….

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS

Peter Bowden was on fire all day and has already been moved to a 5 Star Rubio Long Snapper. Kid is a flat out stud and can snap at the next level right now.

Jack Landherr throws severe heat and simply never misses when he gets his eyes all the way through to the punter. Tremendous talent and upside.

JJ Lindsay is a very smooth lefty that is always improving. Massive potential and I love his work ethic.

Andrew Gonneville has massive upside, snaps a powerful ball and has a great frame.

Anthony Rosenstrauch might have the most upside of anyone in his class. Reaches back like a champ and snaps with amazing power. Raw.

Danny Dixon has one of the best attitudes in his class and has solid power.

Nathan Hedberg is strong and a tremendous athlete.

Nathan Newkirk is a massive human being with tons of power. Ironing out his form is going to make this kid unstoppable.

NOTABLES: Aidan Rosette and Steven Scheite

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS

Kameron Hawkins continues his dominance and was the fastest overall Long Snapper with times that reached into the high .6s. Form is exceptional and the ball can crush a punter. Hard worker that never stops improving.

Cruz Rubio was absolutely on fire all day. Strong Long Snapper with very good feet. Snaps the ball with good speed and even earned a WILD CARD spot to The TOP 12 Camp!

Bryce Felt has been only snapping for 11 months and he is already a seasoned vet. Rips the ball back consistently under .80 and doesn’t show signs of slowing down.

Aaron Estrada had a great camp with consistent and accurate snaps that got better as the day continued.

Davis Salom is a massive and powerful human being that can absolutely rip the ball to the punter. Excellent speed and almost won the competition.

Michael Munoz has all the tools to be one of the greats in his class and beyond.

10 Tips for College Camps

Headed to a college camp this summer? Here’s ten great tips to help you out…..

1. Dress accordingly, roll up with a Rubio Long Snapping shirt on so they know what you are all about and that you have a great background in Long Snapping. Earned a TOP 12 shirt, even better.

2. Be prepared to answer basic questions regarding your name, height, weight, school, GPA, test scores, where you live, etc. Speak clearly and slow down. Remember, everyone might now have your same accent

3. Look each coach directly in their eyes and shake their hands firmly. Nervous about speaking to someone, look at their forehead or right above their eyes and it will be close enough. Breathe

4. Drink a ton of water and make sure you are continuously stretching. You don’t want to cramp up and you don’t know when they might pull you to the side to do something different.

5. Do NOT over-snap. If you get thrown to another field to “just go and snap” be sure to take long pauses. You bodies are not meant to snap hundreds of balls in one day. Once your form is gone, your snaps will be negatively impacted.

6. Be friendly to everyone (should be a no-brainer) while on campus. You never know who is talking to you or who is watching you. CAMERAS ARE EVERYWHERE

7. Never, and I mean NEVER, lose your composure over a bad snap. Your recruiting will not end over one bad snap but it might over one bad reaction.

8. SNAP WITH CONFIDENCE and believe in yourself. You’ve snapped a thousand balls in your life, these will be no different. You are still just an upside quarterback going the wrong way Snapping some leather backwards. It’s not rocket science.

9. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do too many camps in June. NEVER go back to back days and try to limit yourself to no more than FOUR camps in the month. Your body won’t be able to handle it and your performances will be impacted. One bad camp can spread quickly amongst coaches

10. Thank your parents/guardians for spending the money to take you to these camps. Big hugs to them (after you shower). Be nice and, of course, never be the first to let go from the hug #RubioFamily#TheFactory #TeamRubio

Nick Monaghan was on hand, again, and took 1,000s of amazing photos to check out and purchase for friends and family! You can see the links HERE and HERE. Trust me, take ten minutes and go through this man’s incredible work and be sure to pick up some for your collection.

Congratulations go out to long time Rubio Long Snapper Drew Little on committing to North Carolina on full scholarship and winning the whole thing at VEGAS XXXII. Little was absolutely dominant all weekend and left no doubt he is a man amongst boys out on the field.

Recap of the TX Spring Camp (4/29/18)

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to TX on April 29th, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Long Snappers from 10 states all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was a great time had by all with an excellent group of Long Snappers and parents.

The champions of the camp were Braedy Wilson (speed) and Eliot Gottsegen (overall)! Braedy was on fire throughou the speed competition and was having no problem getting sub .75. Gottsegen got hot at the right time and just became a juggernaut and mowed down Long Snapper after Long Snapper in the finals. Smooth Long Snapper with quick eyes and hands. Really impressive how well he handled the pressure of being in the finals and winning while being just a freshman!

Wilson, Rubio and Gottsegen

The finals round matchups were Blake Hooker (62.11), JJ Lindsay (54.10), Grant Goltra (45.88), Hayden Hood (42.47), Eliot Gottsegen (30.67) and Dylan Wiltcher (29.63). You can see the full finals video below….

TOP 2018 LONG SNAPPERS
Evan “Mufasa” Gibson was smooth, consistent and left no doubt he is ready for college. Body is thick and he is strong. Ball hovers in the mid to high .7s and can trickle to the .8s if he becomes tentative. The harder he snaps the ball, the better Mufasa will do in the long run. Great attitude.

Mason Smith was very efficient with his snapping motion and hovered right in the low .8s all day long. Good worker that listens well.

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS
Luke Rizzo was on absolute fire all day long in TX. You could tell he was a man on a mission and he left no doubt he was one of the most dominant Long Snappers in the country today. Body is getting thicker and stronger by the hour. Ball is very quick. Making sure he is extending the ball out and getting fully set puts this kid at 5 Stars at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Hayden Hood is a very athletic Long Snapper with a smooth, consistent snapping motion. Love his overall attitude and I am ready to win a camp and leave no doubt.

Caden Bolz is thick and strong with very quick hands and legs. Butt is lower than normal and he can still get his legs locked. Ball is powerful.

Braedy Wilson won the speed competition, is built extremely long and can rip the ball back to the punter. Moves in a smooth fashion and if he can fully lead with his elbows, he will average sub .70

Brandon Oldham is thick and strong with a quick ball. Lowering his butt to get his back to parallel will take him to the top.

Joshua Burtch is big and strong with very quick hands. Thick Long Snapper that can dominate at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Brayden Chandler showed me some great things in TX and he has all of the tools to be one of the greats.

Andrew Downs is a quiet Long Snapper that does all of his talking with snap speeds well under .80 on a consistent basis.

John Farris has a great attitude and has some of the quickest hands in the country.

Jack Harrison improved a ton and is starting to snap with a lot of confidence. Watch this kid.

JJ Lindsay is beyond smooth and snaps one of the most catchable balls in the country.

Joshua Smetzer hovered under .80 all day and has a massive amount of upside.

Nick Stoia will absolutely crush his class if he can focus on slow motion drills to get all of his lower half fully involved.

Jake Zenger has a tremendous attitude and a frame that could put on fifty pounds over the next couple of years to make himself a top prospect.

Landon Sleeper is strong and smooth. Leading with his elbows is the key to his greatness.

Notables: Nate McCormack, Anthony Rosenstrauch, Cayden Sparks, Nicholas DiVirgilio, Zac Bland

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS
Blake Hooker was tremendous in TX and actually broke the spring record for RSI with a 62.11! Ball is very quick and he is starting to really roll right now. The more he snaps with absolute confidence and knows how great he is, the better he will be and be able to fully dominate his class. Watch him very closely at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Dylan Wiltcher made it to the finals and was inches from winning the whole time. He looked very determined and showed he is a flat out stud in his class.

Bryce Felt came out from CA and was snapping with great power. Ball rarely goes above .80 at fifteen yards and his improvement over the past couple of months is off the charts.

Bryce Eimer was snapping very well under pressure and is close to snapping a college ball right now and he still has two years left of high school.

Jake Foggia looked great in TX with his very smooth snaps and great attitude. Always improving and the more he leads with his elbows and snaps with full power, the more dominant he becomes.

Jackson McFarland was snapping some severe heat in TX and left no doubt he can be one of the top Long Snappers in his class.

Eli Chism has grown very well over the past couple of months and is starting to look like a college Long Snapper now.

John Bergeron is smooth and has great form. Locking down his spiral is going to be the key.

Jarret Caillier has great size and all of the tools to be one of the top Long Snappers in his class.

Nolan Pope is big, has a great personality and very quick hands.

Ethan Lane is big, thick and very strong. Making sure his elbows are going straight back is the key to greatness.

Lee Pyles is very good and he is headed towards great. Ball is very quick.

TOP 2021 LONG SNAPPERS
JT Sleeper is a big and thick Long Snapper that snaps a beyond smooth ball. Form is coming along extremely well and the kid is an absolute workhorse. The harder he snaps the ball and the more he can improve his overall athleticism, the higher up the rankings he will go.

Connor Able has all of the tools to be one of the best Long Snappers in his class. Great attitude and listens well. Locking down his spiral will help a ton.

Byron Rhodes will dominate his class once he stops thinking a little bit. Just letting his body do all of the work and trusting his form will be huge for Rhodes.

Grant Goltra is absolutely overflowing with potential and can crush everyone if he can utilize all of his body. Slow motion snaps will help him a ton.

Recap of the NJ Spring Camp (4/29/18)

Corey Adams leading a great camp in NJ!

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to NJ on April 29th, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Long Snappers from six states all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was a great time had by all with an excellent group of Long Snappers and parents.

The overall champions of the camp were Joe Shimko (speed) and Zach Taylor (overall)! This is another notch on the belt for Joe with regards to championship as he has won multiple camps, both speed and overall. Zach is a 2021 Long Snapper from New Jersey that has improved greatly over the past couple years. He is extremely accurate and snaps a ball that is in direct comparison with kids two to three years older than him! Great to see him excel under pressure at such a young age and expect big things from him in the future!

You can see the full finals video with John Morton, Zack Taylor, Logan Rager, Rino Monteforte, Joe McCabe and Zachary Zimmerman HERE

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS

Joe Shimko

Joe Shimko was absolutely dominate all day. As noted above, he was the speed champion (final snap was clocked at .63!) but that doesn’t do justice to how accurate and consistent he was through the morning session. I did not see Joe snap a misguided or wobbly ball all day, with him continuing to put weight on his frame and combining that with his athletic ability, he should excel and the collegiate level!

Zachary Zimmerman was someone who was extremely impressive all day. The amount of improvement he has shown in a short period of time is phenomenal, and with his long and lengthy frame that could handle another 20 pounds no problem, he is going to impress a lot of people at Vegas XXXII. Moves well for his height and has tons of upside.

John Morton was the #1 overall seed in the RSI testing, and was in a heated battle with Zach through the championship. John is a very big and powerful snapper with a quick ball. Really shined in the agility portion of the camp, and for a man of his size he moves exceptionally well.

Stephen Sokach-Minnick had a phenomenal camp from start to finish. His form is almost perfect, and his speed and accuracy was impressive throughout. Really seeing his confidence develop the older he gets, and with him showing tons of upside in this athletic ability via the agility drill, he is one to watch in the coming months.

Evan Davis is as big and strong of a Long Snapper as you will find. Snaps the ball very angry, which I loved, but still has the finesse to snap a tight and very catchable ball. When he locks in he does not miss, and when he develops the consistency to never miss he will be set.

Nathan Smith is someone who really impressed with his raw talent and coachability. Incredibly thick and powerful lower body, and once he gets his legs involved with is snaps he very well likely may kill someone with his ball. Excited to see him to put the work in and improve.

CJ Otwell had a very strong showing all day snapping heat with tight spirals. His accuracy is impressive, just needs to continue to snap it hard and have confidence in himself; when he does that he will blow the roof off his upside.

Demetrick Ray showed very quick hands and tremendous flexibility through the day. Extremely eager to learn and get better. Developing consistency will be his biggest challenge, but once he develops that he has a bright future.

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS

Joe McCabe

Joe McCabe was beyond phenomenal all day. His improvement is second to none, and his speed and accuracy is extremely competitive with the top snappers in his class. Continued attendance and competition against top talents will prove this for him and am looking forward to what the future holds.

Connor Rhinehart had a great camp and continues to grow his abilities as the years progress. He has put on solid weight to go with his frame, and his form is darn near textbooks. Very passionate snapper who has a bright future ahead of him as he continues to piece everything together.

Andy Lan had a great first camp. Although he was battling a little bit of a hamstring injury that governed his snapping as the day progressed, he showed great ability and eagerness to learn throughout the day. Tons of upside and once he is fully healthy I expect him to be extremely competitive within his class and surprise a lot of people.

Will Ruckert was possibly the most improved at the camp. From the time we first got film to the day ended, he adapted so many of the coaching tips and techniques and improved his overall ability. An eager learner, he was willing to come up and ask questions during breaks or after camp on he can fix one thing or another. Excited to see him in the near future after he has had some time to dedicate to his craft!

TOP 2021 LONG SNAPPERS

Zack Taylor

Zack Taylor was phenomenal all day, snapping balls in the mid .7s and great accuracy/consistency. He has a great snapping lineage to live up to, and did something his brother could never do and won his first camp! Zack has a very bright future ahead of him and fully expect him to compete at the highest level.

Paul Joseph Meyers was unrecognizable from the last camp he attended. He has put on a ton of muscle and feels like he grew 10 more inches. His frame and length is unheard of, and he is so smooth as he snaps. Once he gets comfortable on moving a body of his size and gets the form down, he will be able to open the flood gates and snap as hard as he can – once this happens everyone in his class should be on notice.

Brian Catanzarite had a great first camp and showed a lot of potential. Very raw and powerful snapper who was extremely coachable and adapted to adjustments very well. Great kid who will put in the work and come back better than he left today!

Joey Vannozzi showed great athletic ability and upside throughout the day. Very coachable and eager to learn, Joey improved drastically from the first snap to the last. Excited to see him continue to develop physically and work on his craft. His upside is off the charts and is one to keep an eye on!

AJ Franklin improved drastically throughout the day, and as he continues to perfect his craft with the drills and technique learned at the camp, he will be very dangerous. Great frame that has the potential to put on a lot of weight.

Matthew Irwin had a sold showing all camp. Very coachable snapper who was seeking out advice and very attentive to everything around him. Lots of raw talent in this snapper, and once he gets everything fine-tuned he will be a force.

TOP 2022 and 2023 LONG SNAPPERS

Rino Monteforte

Rino Monteforte produced a strong showing for someone of his age and competed with kids years older than him. Beyond coachable and excited about perfecting his craft. As he continues to grow and develop as an athlete he will be tremendous.

Logan Rager was another underclassman in the finals of the camp. He proved he can compete with top talent at this camp, and once he develops the confidence to close out competitions he will kill it. If he focuses on continuing to snap hard and go back, not up, he has all the tools he needs

Sean O’Hara battled through a broken finger to compete in the camp today. Even with 9 healthy fingers he still great upside and potential. He was snapping quick and tight spirals, and his form was very strong. Some minor adjustments with is weight and timing will separate him from the pack. Expect very big things from him in the future.

John Fitzpatrick showed flashes of tremendous long snapping throughout the day. Developing some consistency as well as fine tuning his form will be big for him. Fully expect him to go home and work on the drill work and come back better than ever.

Robby VanEuwen was the youngest Long Snapper at the camp, but that didn’t shy him away from competing with everyone older than him. Refusing to use a ball his size and snapping at 14 yards proved that he wanted to show his worth, and he did. His form is beyond solid for his age, and as he continues to grow and develop athletically he will have a tremendous foundation for future success.

Where Are They Now? Sodie Orr

For the next installment of the Rubio Long Snapping Where Are They Now? series, we head to sunny Southern California to learn about Sodie Orr.

Sodie is a TOP 12 Long Snapper from the class of 2012 that was always a crowd favorite with his overflowing personality and his tendency to bring into song. Don’t believe me? Check out Sodie’s entry for a Rubio Long Snapping contest many moons ago….

https://youtu.be/Odzj5zhluOw

Sodie and his mom

Sodie went off to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo but realized that college football wasn’t for him in the long run. He had visions (or sounds) of music on his mind and he didn’t want let his musical dream fade so he ran with it! He has played under the name Sodie Orr, Sodie Aura and Wes James. Here we go…..

What is your occupation? I am currently a full time musician

Where do you live? I live in Carlsbad but am moving to the San Fernando Valley soon.

Married? Kids? No marriage and I ammmm NOT THE FATHER (yet, praise the heavens)

What is your fondest memory of your time playing college football? My fondest memory of playing college football is watching all the upperclassmen angrily look at me with jealousy in their eyes as they practiced while i sat on the sidelines for the last 2 hours of practice every day. Special teams was right after warm ups.

How come you no longer play football? Full time musician.

If you could give ONE bit of advice to the current Rubio Long Snappers, what would it be? If I could give a bit of advice to Rubio Long Snappers, it would be to really appreciate the camps and time with Rubio while you’re there. Football was cool, but being a part of the Rubio family and Long Snapping community meant more to me than anything I ever did in college. I learned a lot about life and how to be a better human as well as a better long Snapper.

If you could give ONE bit of advice to the current Rubio Long Snapping PARENTS, what would it be? My advice to the parents of Rubio Snappers would be to push your young man harder. Make sure he’s doing his drills daily, stretching, and that his grades are up. I’ve seen a lot of my friends lives change completely in the best ways from dedicating fully to the craft. Shoutout to my NFL homies I met at Rubio camps.

When was the last time you snapped a ball and for what reason? The last time I snapped a ball was a few months ago, on camera, to show Rubio I still sling pearls. Once a snapper always a snapper.

If you could go back and play football in college again, would you go to the same school or a different one? Why? If I HAD to go back to school again and play ball, I would want to go to a different school. I didn’t enjoy my program very much, and would have enjoyed the benefits of playing for a big time football oriented university. I also realized once I got there that I didn’t love football at all. If Long snapping was an Olympic sport I would have gone for gold… but I knew that football wasn’t my path, so I left and went for my dream of making music. And if you’re feeling that way, it’s okay. Stick it out as long as you can and give it a chance to come around. But if you know deep down it’s not for you once you’re in it, don’t be afraid to follow your heart and passion.

Chance the Rapper with Sodie Aura (Sodie Orr)!

Any regrets during college? Anything you wish you had done or hadn’t done? I don’t have too many regrets about my college experience. Since my heart wasn’t in football, I do feel that I missed out on a lot of the things that were going on while I was traveling for away games etc. But I am and will always be grateful I got there through Rubio’s teachings and my own hard work.

What tremendous thing have you been a part of or experienced since you graduated? I did not graduate… instead I started writing music and decided to do a showcase in LA, where an A&R from Atlantic Records saw me and wanted to sign me on the spot. Since then, i have recorded at multiple Atlantic Records studios, opened for artists such as Curren$y, Ab Soul, Chance the Rapper, Shwayze, and more. I interned for rapper Too $hort for a year at his complex in LA, as well as producer legend Rodney Jerkins (aka Darkchild). And I believe that’s all just the tip of the iceberg. As long as I maintain BALANCE in my life (work hard/ maintain self care, grind/ get proper rest), EXTEND and network with the contacts I’ve made in the industry and beyond, and FOLLOW THROUGH on my commitments and goals… anything is possible.

Neil Diamond with Wes James (Sodie Orr)!!!!

The poster you see above was given to me by Sodie Orr. It is when he was a special guest of Neil Diamond (if you don’t know who the legend Neil Diamond, you have some severe issues) and opened for him in San Diego. I hang it proudly where I do lessons and have it right next to where all the Long Snappers snap the ball so they can see it and realize that life is not all about Long Snapping and a person has to be truly well rounded to succeed. This poster is truly one of my most valued possessions I own. Thank you Sodie!

Recap of the GA Spring Camp (4/22/18)

JC Vega, Rubio and Jackson Worthen

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to GA on April 22nd, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Long Snappers from 15 states all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was a great time had by all with an excellent group of Long Snappers and parents.

The overall champions of the camp were JC Vega (speed) and Jackson Worthen (overall)! This is JC’s second speed championship. Jackson is a 2020 Long Snapper from Kentucky that proved he was one of the best in attendance and was simply on fire all day long in GA. Ball is very smooth, was easily under .79 all day long and he handles pressure extremely well for his age. Kid was very impressive from start to finish.

You can see the full finals video with Drew Little, Doug McLaughlin, John Morton, Jackson Worthen, Brennen Milliron and Mason Napper below…

TOP 2018 LONG SNAPPERS

Brennen Milliron

Brennen Milliron left no doubt he is ready for Troy with strong and consistent snaps all day long! Great attitude, form and power.

Niko Johnson has good power and a terrific work ethic.

Graham Finklea is smooth, accurate and always has a good attitude.

Drew Little

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS
Drew Little nabbed the highest RSI, again, at a Rubio Long Snapping spring camp. Already held the spring record with a 61.00 and he almost topped that with a 55 in GA. Kid is a machine and just keeps improving.

Christian Johnstone seems to get bigger by the second and is really starting to snap with some great power. The ceiling for Johnstone is beyond high and he is really starting to believe he can be one of the bests in his class.

JC Vega was the speed champ, again, and left no doubt he has the whole package to snap at the next level. Kid is built like a clydesdale.

Griffin Kaye came up from Florida and was ripping the ball back to the punter. Very excited to see this kid perform in Vegas.

Frank Melgarejo was smooth and very accurate all day long. Moved well on his feet.

Luke Payne is like a pitching machine. Every snap is the exact same.

Cade DeGraw can get very hot and throw an absolute fantastic ball back to the punter.

Doug McLaughlin continues to impress me with his accuracy and consistency. He missed his final snap by no more than an inch.

Carson Knight can get hot and dominate.

Codey Bennett is always improving and has great upside.

Hudson Brown is growing by the hour and looked very impressive.

Ford Hayes is absolutely dripping with potential.

Zach Lassiter will dominate once his spiral is locked down.

Edward Lovett had tremendous follow through and has massive upside.

John Morton is thick, strong and improving.

CJ Otwell has a very explosive snapping motion and I love it.

Notables: Craig Scott, Mark Fuchs, Hunter Williamson

Jacob Zuhr

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS
Jacob Zuhr was insanely good all day in GA. He can snap a college level ball right now and he is only a sophomore. He handles pressure as well anyone I have had and there is no doubt he can snap at the next level. Ball rips back to the punter and his body is really tightening up. Looks great.

Zane McCracken is coming back to dominance and snapping with great confidence. Very impressive performance all day from Zane.

Grant Reid has good size and can rip it back to the punter when he trusts his form.

Will Albright is absolutely tremendous when he reaches the ball out in front of him more than he normally does.

Will Barton was strong and powerful with great snaps.

Will Benton looked great with snaps that never went above .80 all day long!

Will Cobb was throwing some severe heat and left no doubt he can dominate at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Jake Foggia is smooth and extremely consistent.

Xander Echols has great form and an outstanding attitude. The longer he gets, the better he does.

Jake Gragg shows waves of brilliance.

Ethan Lane can dominate when he snaps as hard as he can.

TOP 2021 LONG SNAPPERS

Jonathan Washburn

Jonathan Washburn looked tremendous in GA. Long frame, good speeds and always improving. Sky is the limit for Washburn. Keep a very close eye on him at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Aidan Benjamin was able to snap the ball sub .80 and many occasions. Strong and athletic Long Snapper.

Holden Caspersen was smooth and consistent. Great form.

Mack Gresham is an athletic Long Snapper with very quick hands and a good attitude.

Rocco Underwood was extremely impressive and might have the most potential of any Long Snapper in his class. Watch this kid at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Notables: Shai Kochov, Carson Garrison, Guthrie, Jake Putnam

Recap of the IL Spring Camp (4/7/18)

Guillemette, Rubio and Beattie

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to IL on April 7th, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Long Snappers from 15 states and two countries all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was a great time had by all with an excellent group of Long Snappers and parents.

The Subway Alum and Rubio

For even more exposure, The Subway Alum prep recruiting site came out to get some interviews, take some photos and see all about the Rubio Long Snapping camp in IL.

The overall champions of the camp were Adam Guillemette (speed) and Brendan Beattie (overall). Beattie was the overall winner of the camp and did great all day. In the finals, he got very hot and only missed by inches a couple times. Ball is quick and he is one of the most athletic Long Snappers in his class. He absolutely crushed the agility section of the camp. The determination on this kid is off the charts. Really impressed with Beattie all day long in IL!

Recap of the AZ Spring Camp (3/25/18)

Rubio Long Snapping Sr. Instructor Casey Hales traveled to AZ on March 25th, 2018 to lead the highly anticipated Spring Regional Camp.

Rubio Long Snapping will continue traveling the country this spring Instructing Long Snappers and getting them all ready for their season and beyond. Following AZ, Rubio Long Snapping will head to IL on 04/07, then GA & TX leading up to the Super Bowl for Long Snappers, VEGAS XXXII on May 12th-13th, 2018.

Long Snappers from AZ, TX, CO, CA, KS,  & IL all traveled to his camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping.

Here are the RSI Scores from the AZ Camp…

Looking at the days results, I was most impressed by the steady progression of this group. From where we started in the morning session, to where we ended in Camp Finals, it is evident that every Rubio Long Snapper achieved new personal bests or found new techniques that will play a key role in their development moving forward.

This Group of Rubio Long Snappers rose to the occasion all snapping their best at the end of the day.

Camp Champion Dustin Inness and Instructor Casey Hales

The Overall Camp Champion was Dustin Inness (accuracy) and Ryan Jurcak (Speed). Dustin seemed to have this sort of quiet confidence all day with a slight smirk that never left his face. Keys to his success – terrific attitude, he paced himself well not snapping too many balls before competition, and most definitely built momentum throughout the day and snapped better and better as the pressure mounted crushing RSI testing and receiving a 2 seed in the Finalists Bracket. Ryan Jurcak snapped like a man possed to do one thing, snap the ball as hard as possible. Very raw talent here with a little form work will be on his way to great things.

The Speed competition late in the day had the more .75 snaps than the entire day combined.

Jurcak, Hudak, and DeRosier who were all dipping down into the .68-.72 range consistently.

Far an above the most fun and competitive group I have see in a while. Additional standouts include Bryce Felt, Dustin Inness, Declan Capposola and Joe Kelly.

Live Snapping Champions – Hudak, and DeRosier stole the show with their consistency in live punt and pat drills. Both looked like machines, snapping pearl after pearl without loosing focus.

A couple of key take aways from our film session, remember “don’t think about the distance.” Remind yourself first of the form and technique that will be your guide to harnessing your full power. Flexibility was a huge theme today.

Athletes who demonstrated exceptional  footwork and speed down field: Jurcak, Headberg, Joe Kelly, and Trevor Heid,

Ryan Jurcaz

Class of 2018

Ryan Jurcaz- Ryan showed true strength an raw ability to snap the ball well under .75, to .70. Ryan dominated the speed competition and if he starts to lock down his spiral…watch out! He is someone I would want to watch. Quick on his feet and fast downfield. He has a D1 Frame now and is close to being great. Need to focus on balance and tighten up release point to achieve his full power. If you start and finish with your weight back, and can fall back on heels he will only improve accuracy and speed.

Charles DeRosier – Flat out showed up today! Great all around performance. Easily one of the top snappers at the camp. Had one of the Top RSI Scores with 22.37. When you get set, it is is glorious.  Reminder Be confident every time. Snap it as hard as he can everytime. Big things ahead for DeRosier.

Class of 2019

Ethan Hudak

Ethan Hudak – One of the top snappers of the day! Form is air tight. Really like how quick his hands are and how he uses his low center of gravity to unlock more power. Hudak has a good athletic build, and size. Highest RSI Total with a score of 46.58

Dustin Inness – Well rounded snapper with above average athleticism. Really came into his own late in the day and surged to the top of the accuracy and speed competitions.

Nathan Headberg – Made a huge jump in overall RSI testing with 25.61 finishing in the Top 6 and finished in the Finals again Inness and took 2nd Place Overall in Target Competition.

Class of 2020

Bryce Felt

Bryce Felt: Smooth form and lighting quick hands helped this Rubio Snapper Consistently dip into the .75 range throughout the day, Bryce owned accuracy drills and live snapping like a Champion. Continue to remind yourself to get set and trust yourself with your speed and power. The sky is the limit for this one

AJ Laux – Big Frame – Get Set, stay square after the snap (don’t look back at your snap!!! and you will be better every time you snap moving forward

Mitch Carmer – Stood out to me with his quick hands and tight spiral. When he is compact with his arms diving through he dominates.

NOTABLES: Trevor Heid and Dominic Duggan

Class of 2021

Declan Cappasola

Declan Cappasola – Beautiful spiral and excellent form for this maturing young snapper. Cappasola really dominated speed drills and competition finishing in the .75 group finalists. He continued to turn heads as his confidence grew throughout the day. Big key for him, get set and really dive through to tap into your top speed overtime.

Grant Sands – Explosive Long Snapper with a long frame. Excellent spiral and power. Avoid hoping and work on sliding more balanced with a hard pop slide and leg lock out.

Will Mastler – Top of my list for Most Improved during the Rubio Long Snapping Spring AZ Camp. One of the most determined, coachable, and confident young snappers in the class of 2021.

Top RSI Scores:

  1. Ethan Hudak 46.58
  2. Dustin Inness 33.33
  3. Ryan Jurcak 30.14
  4. Winden Trimble
  5. Nathan Headberg
  6. Charles DeRosier 22.37
    1. Next closest score *Bryce Felt with 22.22

Very impressed with this groups overall skill level and work ethic.

Recap of the WA Spring Camp (3/18/18)

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to WA on March 18th, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Long Snappers from seven states and two countries all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was overflowing with talent with many committed seniors and also tons of new Long Snappers.

The overall champions of the camp were Matt Tokos (speed) and Bryce Felt (overall). Felt came on very strong in the end and handled pressure like a true champion. His misses (not a lot of them, obviously) were all close to scoring and I am very impressed with how quickly he is improving! Felt represented the class of 2020 extremely well and I am proud how he handled himself coming up the Northwest from CA.

Tokos, Rubio & Felt

You can see the full finals video with Bryce Felt, Dalton Riggs, Jack Laurin, Tom Schnitzer, JJ Lindsay and Austin Duelman, below…

TOP 2018 LONG SNAPPERS

Matt Tokos

Matt Tokos was the speed champion with a great pressure snap under .69! His ball is very tight and he snaps well on a cadence. Tokos has an excellent attitude and is always improving. He is going to make his college coach very happy for four to five years.

Kellen Dyer snaps a smooth and accurate ball with good consistency of his speed. He has the ability to get the ball back to the punter under .80 when he is really trusting his form and ripping the ball back to the punter. The more he improves his frame and athleticism, the better he will be in college.

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS

James Durr

James Durr was on fire all day in WA and seemed to get better as the day progressed. He was very consistently snapping in the high .8s and he moved well on his feet. Very intrigued to watch him under a massive amount of pressure at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Walker Harden has a great frame and his built extremely well. Snaps the ball hard and when the spiral is on, it is in the low .7s. Tremendous potential.

JJ Lindsay is a smooth lefty with an accurate ball. Really driving his chest through and making sure his spiral is locked down will help him a ton. Great kid.

Dalton Riggs is absolutely dripping with potential. Excellent frame and his upper body is extremely quick. If he can get his legs to match his upper body in quickness, he will end up putting a hole in the punter. When it clicks for this kid, he will dominate.

Josiah Hirsch is a big, thick Long Snapper with good form and a great personality. The harder he snaps, the better he does. Confidence is going to be huge for Josiah.

Alex Sheehan was impressive with good form and great speed. Locking down his spiral is going to be a massive key for him.

Notables: Austin Dueman, Gavin Gately, Neo Sather, Tyler Sato and Drew Maycumber

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS

Grayson Pibal

Grayson Pibal was extremely smooth and almost hypnotic with how smooth his snaps were throughout the whole day. Built very long with a frame that can easily put on 50 lbs over the next couple of years. The quicker he gets the ball out of the gate, the better he will be in the long run.

Cameron Landes is also another very long athlete that was smooth with his snaps and on his feet. The bigger he gets and the harder he snaps will easily make Landes one of the top Long Snappers in his class.

Jack Laurin was smooth and was handling pressure very well. Made it deep into the finals and was close to winning it all. Like to see him focus on getting his butt up just a tad so his whole snapping motion is quicker.

Michael Tokos had some of the quickest hands at the camp. It was almost hard to time him during the speed competition. Like to see Tokos get his elbows more involved and really lock down the spiral.

Notables: Dakota Lepine, Tommy Sullivan

TOP 2021 and Beyond LONG SNAPPERS

Jesse Tomica

Jesse Tomica had a great attitude, moved well on his feet and was consistent with his snaps right around .85 at 15 yards. Good upside and I definitely like what I saw out of Tomica in WA.

Kayden Roxburgh showed good consistency and some solid form. Good attitude.

Carson Jensen had a great attitude and snapped with some good speed on the ball. Very good upside.

Jackson Plieth was impressive all day and is always improving.

Recap of the NC Spring Camp (3/11/18)

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to NC on March 11th, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Maddie Golden, Rubio and Joe Shimko!

Long Snappers from 13 states all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping. The camp was overflowing with talent with many committed seniors and also tons of new Long Snappers.

The overall champions of the camp were Maddie Golden (speed) and Joe Shimko (overall). Shimko has won four camps in the past year and continues to be amazing on the field. He is one of the only Long Snappers I have ever seen that actually gets better as the day goes on. The more tired Shimko gets, the better he ends up snapping the ball.

You can see the full finals video with Drew Little, Will Cobb, Christian Johnstone, Joseph Shimko, Aaron Brannock and Bryce Eimer below…

Maddie Golden

TOP 2018 LONG SNAPPERS
Maddie Golden was amazing in NC. His speeds were so good that I had to re-time him several times as they were so good. Easily was snapping sub .75 at 15 yards with tons of snaps in the .6s. He won the overall speed competition with snaps in the low .6s.

Brock Assel is looking very solid (be sure to check out his hair!) and was snapping with great consistency. Upside is very solid and I am loving his work ethic. Air Force got a great one.

Trey Gable was very impressive in NC. Form is excellent, he snaps well under a pressure and he has a tremendous attitude. His snapping motion has minimal wasted movement and he can rip the ball back to the punter.

Notable: Graham Finklea

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS

Mad Dog

Quentin “Mad Dog” Skinner left absolutely no doubt he is the best junior in the country. Moves well on his feet, he is massive and he is as consistent as anyone in the country. Ball is so smooth yet so powerful. It is a pure joy to watch and LSU is lucky to have him coming in two years. Kid is a flat out stud.

Drew Little was on fire in NC and continues to show me why NC State had no problem offering him a full scholarship during his junior year. Form is excellent and he snaps the ball with great force. So smooth and a tremendous worker that is always improving. Great attitude.

Christian Johnstone can pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile away, moves well on his feet and has a great personality. He snaps a really catchable ball that will stick to your hands.

Joe Shimko was incredible in the finals and just ripped the ball back, time after time, right into the three hole. The more exhausted he gets, the more dominant he becomes. It’s just crazy to watch.

Douglas McLaughlin was solid all day in NC. He has a great frame and is one of the most accurate/consistent Long Snappers in the country.

William Wagner has done a great job improving his overall frame and was snapping with a purpose. Keep a very close eye on him at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Luke Hosford was impressive in NC. Form is great and he has excellent size. Watch this kid.

Rhys Suter is coming off an injury and you would never even know it. Form is great and he was having no problem snapping in the mid .7s.

Luke Payne had a solid day in NC with extremely accurate and consistent snaps. The bigger and stronger he gets, the better he will be in the long run.

Brandon Hurst showed me tremendous upside. When he is quick with his snapping motion and snaps hard, he is as good as they get.

Mark Fuchs has great starting form and is smooth when snapping the ball. Leading with his elbows and snapping with full power will help a ton.

Griffin Kaye showed incredible upside and there is no doubt he can snap at the next level.

Liam Crowley did well in NC. Looks like he is continuing to grow and has no problem snapping a ball sub .79. Great upside.

Notables: Peter Griffith, Alex Harper, Carson Knight, Matt Parrino, Justin Pollock, Nathan Smith, Kevin Thompson, Heath Tripp

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS

Will Albright

Will Albright looked excellent in NC. He moves extremely well on his feet, he has a frame that can easily put on some good weight over the next couple of years.

Zane McCracken is really improving well as he is snapping with confidence and snapping an extremely smooth ball. When his eyes go all the way through, he can easily get sub .75. Getting bigger by the second.

Bryce Eimer made it into the finals with an incredible RSI score. Accuracy is tremendous and he is starting to really snap well under pressure. Great attitude.

Jake Foggia was very solid in NC. Form is coming along nicely and he is beginning to snap with a great deal of confidence. Excellent attitude.

Will Cobb was snapping with excellent accuracy and made it to the finals. Easily could have won and only lost by inches. Gaining power and strength will be huge for Cobb as we head towards VEGAS XXXII in May.

John Bergeron looked very good with excellent form and a solid attitude. Balance is very good and he is always improving.

Byron Floyd is big, strong, powerful and can rip the ball back to the punter sub .75. Really impressive Long Snapper and person.

Ryan Purcell is smooth, accurate and is growing by the second. Great upside.

Peter Haynes is an athletic Long Snapper that is using his whole body very well. Locking down his consistency will be huge as we move ahead.

Notables: Alex Applefield, Ethan Lane, Ted Busbee, Will McCoy, Zach Cowan, and Cheyenne Wray

TOP 2021 and BEYOND LONG SNAPPERS

Nick Walker

Nick Walker looked very solid in NC. He is growing by the second and can already get the ball back to the punter in under .75! The upside on Walker is off the charts if he keeps improving at this rate.

Austin Turner

Austin Turner was excellent in NC. I just saw him a couple of months ago and, I kid you not, he looked like he had grown a foot in the last couple of months. Form is excellent, ball is tight and his upside is off the charts. He could easily be the top Long Snapper in his class at VEGAS XXXII in May.

Aaron Brannock had a great day in NC and made it all the way to the finals. Tremendous accomplishment for a freshman. The less he thinks, the better Brannock will do in the long run.

Oden Pierce showed me good things in NC. Great frame and he moves very well on his feet.

Alex McLaughlin did well in NC with solid athleticism and a nice, catchable ball. If he can eliminate his hitch by VEGAS XXXII in May, he could find himself staring down a TOP 12 Camp Invite.

Recap of the CA Spring Camp (3/4/18)

Rubio Long Snapping traveled to CA on March 4th, 2018 for their fall camp. Rubio Long Snapping will be traveling around the country this spring with stops in CA, NC, WA, NJ, AZ, IL, GA and TX with all camps leading right into VEGAS XXXII on May 12-13, 2018!

Long Snappers from CA, OH, CO, OR, AZ & NV all traveled to this camp to get the best instruction and exposure in the world of Long Snapping.

The overall champions of the camp were Ryan Aguilar (overall) and Simon Samarzich (speed). Ryan was dominant with his beyond smooth snaps that just appear in the punter’s hands. Form is good and he handles pressure extremely well. He barely even missed one time in the finals. Tremendous snapping when it counted the most.

You can see the full finals video with Aidan Livingston, Ryan Aguilar, Jack Landherr, Simon Samarzich, Brendan Beattie and Jacob Garcia below…

Morgan White

TOP 2018 LONG SNAPPERS
Morgan White left no doubt he was the best senior Long Snapper in attendance. He is strong and snaps a very powerful ball. Morgan hovered in the .7s all day and moves well on his feet. Kid is aggressive on the field and can easily play at the next level.

Niko Johnson shows great determination and moves extremely well on his feet. This JC Long Snapper has all of the tools to play at the next level.

Jake Mauch can pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile way and has all the potential in the world. Once it clicks for him, he will dominate.

Notables: Josh Garcia

TOP 2019 LONG SNAPPERS

Simon Samarzich

Simon Samarzich continued his dominance and left no doubt he is one of the most consistent Long Snappers in the country. He can move very extremely well on his feet, snaps with confidence and handles pressure like a champ. He ended up winning the speed competition and can snap at the next level right now.

Jack Landherr was on fire in CA. Body is great and when he gets his upper body all the way through, he absolutely crushes the competition. Upside is off the charts and I like his attitude. Kid is a flat out stud.

Ryan Aguilar is one of the smoothest Long Snappers in the country and ended up winning the overall competition! Pressure means nothing to him and when he catches fire, it is over for anyone going against him. He is so smooth it doesn’t even appear like he is doing anything and then, BOOM!, the ball crushes the punters hands.

Jack Landherr

Peter Bowden left no doubt he is one of the top juniors in the country. Great frame, moves well on his feet and I love his attitude.

Nathan Weneta looked great in CA. Pure athlete that is extremely smooth on his feet. Doesn’t even look like he is putting in any effort and he just chews up ground. Form is excellent and he didn’t have a snap over .78 all day long.

Aidan Livingston is an accurate Long Snapper with a good spiral. Aidan has the highest RSI score of the day and was the #1 seed go into the finals. Smooth and accurate Long Snapper that moves really well going forward.

Dean Lau is a machine on his feet and snaps with great power. Going straight back is going to make him unstoppable.

Brendan Beattie came out from Ohio and snapped some heat in CA. He can fly on his feet and when his spiral is on, he can crush the punter.

Andrew Gonneville has all of the potential in the world. Reaches through very well and can rip the ball back to the punter.

Matthew Rhodes was solid with his large frame and great balance.

NOTABLES: Danny Dixon, Nathan Hedberg, Josiah Hirsch, JJ Lindsay, Koby Tryggestad and Jesse Vasquez

TOP 2020 LONG SNAPPERS

Kameron Hawkins

Kameron Hawkins had a very solid day in CA. Body is getting stronger and he rips the ball back to the punter with zero wasted movement. He snaps and the ball just appears in the punters hands. One of the most consistent Long Snappers in the country…in any class.

Jacob Garcia is an extremely smooth Long Snapper with one of the most catchable balls in his class. The ball will stick to the punters hands. Accuracy is very solid as he made it into the finals. All the tools to be one of the greats.

Cruz Rubio did very well in CA. He is a very thick and strong Long Snapper that moves pretty darn well on his feet. He has no problem keeping the ball in the mid .7s and could easily play at the next level if he keeps improving at this pace.

Jacob Garcia

Jaden Sanchez is one of the most athletic Long Snappers in his class and can rip the ball back. Great attitude.

Michael Munoz has great potential and I am a big fan of his frame.

Bryce Felt impressed me with his attitude and how he continues to improve. Love his drive and he can get the ball under .79.

Tony Villareal is beyond smooth and snaps a very catchable ball.

Andrew Wells is one of the most athletic Long Snappers in his class and can crush a punter when he leans back.

AJ Laux is a monster on the field and snaps a powerful ball back to the punter.

Davis Salom is big, powerful and is improving by the second.

Michael Tokos is coming along nicely and I love his attitude. Smooth and consistent Long Snapper.

NOTABLES: Nick Barcelos, Troy Sicaeros, Josh Hilton and Cody White

TOP 2021 LONG SNAPPERS

JT Greep

JT Greep had a great day in CA. Body is strong and he can already hit in the .7s. Smooth Long Snapper with excellent upside.

Chris Kent is big, strong and has great form. Very smooth Long Snapper that is already using his whole body very well.

Devon Hooper is very athletic and has great consistency on his snaps.

Triston Heyes has one of the best follow throughs in his class and great potential.
