Rubio Long Snapper Reed Buce commits to UCLA!

Rubio Long Snapper Reed Buce (AZ, ’13) has committed to UCLA as a preferred walk-on!

Reed is rated the #6 Long Snapper in the country and a member of the 2012 TOP 12! He is a terrific Long Snapper with great form, solid frame and wonderful attitude. UCLA has always been a dream school for him, so he couldn’t pass up this opportunity. Buce looks to compete for the starting job immediately in Westwood. He will be joining Rubio Long Snappers Chris Longo and Jay Weneta for the Bruins.

Nate is an incredible all-around athlete with a very solid, muscular frame. Runs like a gazelle and is smooth when he snaps. He has all the tools to be a great one.

CJ was brilliant all weekend in Las Vegas and might be the smoothest overall Long Snapper in the country. His PAT’s are on point and he is very consistent.

Rubio Long Snapper Picks up Full Scholarship!

Brendan Turelli of Arizona, Rubio Long Snapping class of 2013, has just been awarded a full scholarship from the University of Wyoming.  He is a 5 star Long Snapper and Two-Time Top 12er!

Update: Brendan has committed to Wyoming!!! Congratulations to him and his family.

 

 

Here’s an excerpt of what’s being said about him:

Turelli is a machine. Very nonchalant when he snaps, but that is because he can be. Kid snaps bullets that are smooth and never misses. Lefty that has tremendous zip on the ball. Ball just appears in your hands. Love to watch him snap. Moves very well on his feet for his size. Really can be a threat in coverage. Handles pressure very well. Sure fire scholarship kid.
