\"NCAA<\/a>For the next\u00a0installment of “Where Are They Now?” we\u00a0venture to Seattle, WA (Go Hawks!)\u00a0to hear from\u00a0Rubio Long Snapper Brendan Lopez. Brendan\u00a0was\u00a0a top Long Snapper for Rubio Long Snapping in 2007. He started off as a preferred walk-on to Michigan but came back to University of Washington and was put on full scholarship!<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>What is your current occupation?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0I am currently in my last year at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. I will complete my training in June 2016 and pursue further speciality training in periodontics. I am also a Rubio Long Snapping staff member for the Seattle, WA area.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. Where do you live?<\/strong>\u00a0Seattle, WA.<\/em><\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Married\/ Kids?\u00a0<\/strong>Nooooooo<\/em><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0<\/span>What is your fondest memory of your time playing college football?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Spending time with my teammates. Whether is was during off season workouts, fall camp, traveling to away games or celebrating after a big win, the best part of college football were the friends and relationships that came from it.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>If you could give ONE bit of advice to the current Rubio Long Snappers, what would it be?<\/strong>\u00a0Be patient, enjoy the process and have a good life balance. Maintaining other areas of your life outside of football is very important. Don’t forget about friendships outside of football and focus on your education. Have a plan for after college and use football to help you get there.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0<\/span>If you could give ONE bit of advice to the current Rubio Long Snapping PARENTS, what would it be?<\/strong>\u00a0Never want something more than your kid does.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

7. When was the last time you snapped a ball and for what reason?<\/strong>\u00a0Vegas XXVI. Next one will be XXVII.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\"ELKJQDSGVNISCLQ.20130529005445\"<\/a>\u00a08.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>If you could go back and play football in college again, would you go to the same school or a different one? Why?\u00a0<\/strong>No doubt I would choose University of Washington again. I love Seattle and it’s an excellent school.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a09. Any regrets during college? Something you wish you had done or maybe hadn\u2019t?<\/strong>\u00a0Aim lower on my first snap at BYU. Sailing it for a safety with my parents in the stands was pretty embarrassing.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

10.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>What tremendous thing have you been a part of or experienced since you graduated?\u00a0<\/strong>Celebrating\u00a0in the streets of downtown Seattle after the Seahawks won Super Bowl 48. That was tremendous.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
