{"id":5597,"date":"2016-04-01T01:29:18","date_gmt":"2016-04-01T01:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rubiosblog.com\/rubio-long-snapping-blog\/?p=5597"},"modified":"2016-04-01T22:12:29","modified_gmt":"2016-04-01T22:12:29","slug":"it-is-time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rubiosblog.com\/?p=5597","title":{"rendered":"It is time."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All my life, I\u00a0have been told\u00a0I should\u00a0teach.<\/p>\n<p>People would tell me when I was younger, you <em>are<\/em> going to be a teacher.<\/p>\n<p>Rubio, they would say, you just seem to have a way to get people to get &#8220;it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I truly\u00a0loved my time as a teacher, and I knew this day would eventually come&#8230;.again.<\/p>\n<p>Leaving something is <em>never<\/em> easy,\u00a0no matter what the circumstances<\/p>\n<p>For the past 12 years, I have poured my heart and soul\u00a0into Long Snapping<\/p>\n<p>Over\u00a0and over and over, I have battled with this decision.<\/p>\n<p>Over and over and over, I have thought of ways to say this to everyone<\/p>\n<p>Long Snapping will always be a passion of mine, but it is time for me to move on.<\/p>\n<p>Some of you will understand this and someone of you will not.
