Long time Rubio Long Snapper and TOP 12er Joe St. Germain has been put on full scholarship at Virginia Tech! He was flawless last season (his redshirt freshman year) and the coaches rewarded him with the full ride.
Joe has been with Rubio Long Snapping since 2009 and is known for his terrific speed on his snap and getting down the field. He finished his high school career with 5 Stars and ranked #11 in his class.
