VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025

Getting many questions about VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025, let me answer some (I will add to this list weekly, if not daily)…..

Who can attend and/or how do I get invited?
– It is open to all and is for grades 7 through transfers.

Where is it located?
– Arbor View HS (7500 Whispering Sands Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89131)

Do we have to stay near the field or can we stay on The Strip?
– Feel free to stay anywhere but if you were to stay near the school, THIS hotel is pretty nice with a casino, and THIS or THIS one are solid as well but do NOT have a casino.

What is there to do around the school if we stay near it?
– Nellis Air Force base is more East from where you’ll be but you could be getting some fighter jets playing around overhead.
– Close to Mt. Charleston so if they’re interested in more of a hiking experience, there are things to do up there. And Mt. Charleston Inn was just redone, could be a fun place for people to go see. Would feel like a completely different place than Vegas.
– Unlimited eating options, Walmart, Dicks, etc. all within 5-10 minutes of the high school.

When will the camp be over on Sunday?
– You could easily get a flight at 3 pm if needed to get out of Las Vegas asap.

What is the difference between January and May Vegas?
– January is colder and has more seniors….seriously, those are the only differences.

Should I just Uber everywhere or rent a car?
– Dealers choice (see what I did there) but if you want to rent a car, follow these steps: Go to www.enterprise.com, fill in the information as dates and times needed, in the optional area you will add L540231 and then click continue, the next screen will ask for a PIN which is RUB, choose your car and enjoy the discount.

VEGAS XLV on January 18-19, 2025 (5-10-5 Stats)

Long Snappers traveled for greatness at VEGAS XLV on January 18-19, 2025. They had two days of instruction and competition with excellent instructors from college, the USFL and NFL.

Hundreds of pictures are being loaded from the excellent weekend (be sure to follow Rubio Long Snapping on social media so you know when they are completed).

The overall winner of the camp was Will Terry (TX, 2026)!

Spring Camps are up and already beginning to fill quickly. You can see the camps HERE.
