2021 Rubio Long Snapping College Camp Alternative

College Camp Alternative for 2021

Every year, Rubio Long Snapping holds a college camp for all Long Snappers that are currently playing in college and/or headed to play in college. Last Summer’s camp was postponed due to Covid. This Summer, we simply could not plan around all the various Covid restrictions that each and every school has. We were unsure if any Snappers would even be allowed to leave campus, let alone travel out of state.  SO instead of holding a formal camp . . . Rubio will be offering private lessons for any Long Snapper that is currently in college and/or headed to college.  These lessons will be held at Rubio’s facility in Lewiston, ID.

To schedule yours today, email Rubio@RubioLongSnapping.com

Rubio Long Snapping also, as always, offers Virtual Lessons if you are unable to make it for a live lesson. For more information, please go HERE

WHAT IS A PRIVATE LESSON LIKE?

These are IN PERSON, one-on-one lessons with Rubio at his facility in Lewiston, ID. Most people come in and do a day or two of lessons. The amount of hours is up to you. We know you will be traveling a good distance, but Rubio won’t do extra hours just for the money. He is not like that and it won’t get your snapper any better. Your snapper will get tired and their form will suffer. That will upset everyone involved. Usually, Rubio does a couple of hours on field, then film, then field to wrap (once or twice per day) for a day or two. Availability varies throughout the year and you must schedule these directly with Rubio. Weekends will be nearly impossible.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

Private lessons are in Lewiston, ID. There are TWO nearby airports:

Lewiston, ID (LWS) – Small local airport that only services Delta and Alaska. No direct flights. You will either have a layover in Salt Lake City or Seattle. Good part is that it is only three minutes from Rubio’s facility.

Spokane, WA (GEG) – International airport that serves pretty much all airlines. Bad part is that it is two hours from Lewiston, ID.

WHERE DO I STAY?

Most families stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It is clean, centrally located, has free cookies at night and they will give you a discounted rate if you mention Rubio Long Snapping. They have a shuttle too. Lewiston is small enough that you wouldn’t need a rental car unless you really wanted to travel and sight see more of Idaho/Washington. Cabs will be easy and very inexpensive.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A LESSON?

To schedule yours today, email Rubio@RubioLongSnapping.com
